Patients must present with a written prescription on doctor’s letterhead for requested services. Written prescription must include patient’s full name, address and date of birth as well as the reason for the exam (area of interest) and additional services if requested.

Doctor must register with our service prior to sending patients for scanning.

If patients are pregnant, please state in the prescription that the patient was told about the risks of birth defects secondary to radiation exposure and that the benefits of the radiographic exam are greater than such risks.
